Pinned and Recent Items¶
Flow Hub keeps commonly used commands and content easier to access through Pinned and Recent items.
When no search is active, these appear as dedicated sections within the Hub.
Pinned Commands¶
Pin commands that you use regularly to keep them readily available.
Pin a Command¶
Locate the required command and select its pin control.
The command is added to your pinned items.
Remove a Pin¶
Select the pin control again to remove the command from your pinned items.
Removing a pin does not remove or disable the underlying tool.
Use pins for regular tools
Pin commands that form part of your normal Revit workflow.
This keeps them available without needing to search for them each time.
Content Favourites¶
Library content uses the favourites maintained by the Content Browser.
Favourite content is recognised by Flow Hub when content search results are created and can be given higher priority in the results.
This means your preferred library content can remain easier to find across both Flow Hub and Content Browser.
Recent Commands¶
Flow keeps track of commands you have recently run.
Recent commands appear in the Recent section when no search is active and can also influence the ordering of search results.
Use this section to quickly return to tools you have been working with.
Recent Content¶
Recently used content is also recognised when Flow builds content search results.
Recent content can receive higher priority, making items you have been working with easier to find again.
Quick Actions¶
The Quick Actions section provides immediate access to selected useful actions when no search is active.
Use Quick Actions for common operations that you may want to access without searching or browsing through the complete command list.
Browse¶
The Browse section provides access to the wider set of available registered commands when no search is active.
Use Search when you know what you are looking for, or Browse when you want to review the commands available through Flow Hub.
Search Still Works¶
Pinned and recent items do not limit what is available through Flow Hub.
Start typing in the Search box at any time to search the wider set of commands and indexed library content.
